Description
We’re looking for a part -time Administrative Associate to perform a wide variety of duties to support our Corporate Relations and Insurance Services departments as well as provide support for Insurance Administration.
This person will coordinate travel, maintain calendars and prepare correspondence. The Administrative Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for association and college events which entails preparing registration material, coordinating booth materials and shipping, as well as maintaining the association and student population database. Other responsibilities will include processing pre-renewals and renewals for the agencies, preparing reports, and placing client requests into workflow.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of three years administrative support or equivalent experience.
Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail are necessary, as well as strong computer proficiency using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
