Job Description

Newly created LEADERSHIP ROLE responsible for designing, implementing and direct administration of the Customer Service function (including inside sales / order intake / revenue qualification / clinical management scheduling)

 

COMPENSATION:  $150 - $160k  + 20% Bonus  Potential

 


 



Job Requirements

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM HEALTHCARE SERVICES industry meeting the following qualifications:

  • SUCCESSFUL BACKGROUND DESIGNING & IMPLEMENTING CUSTOMER SERVICE PLATFORMS WITHIN A START UP SITUATION WITHIN A HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION.
  •   CALL CENTERS FOR SERVICES WITHIN HOMECARE, HOSPICE
  •   MULTI-SITE (3-4) CALL CENTER OVERSITE EXPERIENCE
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH  SALES, OPERATIONS & REIMBURSEMENT

  • Willing to relocate  or presently residing in:

    • DENVER, CO; SACRAMENTO, CA; or  MINNETONKA, MN.
