Job Purpose:

Serves restaurant customers by directing food and beverage preparation, managing staff and accomplishing business objectives.

Duties:

* Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.

* Grows sales and improves service by recruiting, training, coaching employees; communicating strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions.

* Accomplishes corporate objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.

* Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, coordinating actions with local supervisor.
