This person will be working directly under one of the engineers with two other people. They will handle payroll for two separate companies..... an engineering company of 30 employees that is paid bi-weekly and a construction company of 60 people that are paid weekly. This person will also possibly handle some cash management responsibilities such as reconciling bank statements. They will handle the billing and accounts receivables as well.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
- Must have experience with some form of accounting software.
- Must have payroll experience.
- Must have billing and Accounts Receivable experience.
