Description Major established food process manufacturer and well known international company has a position for a Quality Supervisor in their very high volume food processing plant in the midlands of South Carolina. Selected individual must be willing to work any shift and significant overtime. Will function as a quality supervisor and will allocate resources to accomplish plant goals by coordinating and executing audit activities as well as those for plant test requests. Will work with executing effective food safety, prevention and quality programs utilizing data driven decisions. Will develop long term strategies to enhance the facilities programs that are affected by quality, food safety and regulatory influences.

Requirements

- Needed is a BS or BA degree in Food Science or Meat Science

- At least 3 years of quality supervision

- Strong computer skills

- Required also is very good leadership and coaching skills, good organizational skills and self start
