Job Title: Seasonal Positions at Shari's Berries (Express Employment Professionals)
Location: Rocklin, CA
Payrate: $8.50-9.25/hr

JOB SUMMARY
Seasonal positions to assist in the preparation of gourmet chocolate-dipped strawberries, fruit gift baskets and other products in Rocklin, CA. Over 200 positions available with different shifts!!

Positions include:

Dippers: Dippers are responsible for dipping the luscious strawberries in different varieties of chocolate. Good hand coordination and fine motor skills necessary to help define the Unforgettable Gift! Positions require standing up to 8 hours/day and can be repetitious.

Sorters: Sorters are quality control positions that help identify the best strawberries available for making the great gifts. Sorters will be looking for the best berries and supplying them to the dippers. These positions are repetitive and require persons who can stand up to 8 hours/day with possible overtime if needed.

Packagers: Packagers include a variety of different positions that include filling, packaging, labeling, tapers, stacking, and others. These also require standing for long periods of time and are the end result of production and the last step before sending out the gift product.

Baskets: Be a part of the Gourmet Food Division of Provide Commerce in making wonderful fruit gift baskets. Assembly experience, along with eyes/hand coordination a must! Ability to follow instructions and read order instructions is required.

 

Shifts for above positions are TBD.

Pay rates vary from $8.50- $9.25/hr. These are seasonal positions only and are a great way to make additional income during the Christmas season!

Job Requirements 

Mandatory Jobsite Requirements:

 

  • No jewelry of any kind (earrings, nose rings, etc) can be worn in the facility due to OSHA rules regarding food environments.
  • No perfumes or colognes because it interferes with chocolate.
  • Associates must be on time because these are ALL production lines. Tardiness is not acceptable, so punctuality is a must!
