Automotive Service Advisor/Manager

We are seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors / Managers who are self motivated and have strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of two years successful management experience including but not limited to: leadership and motivational ability, time management and organizational skills, training, coaching and counseling. Be able to multi-task.  Must be able to meet or exceed Midas’ performance standards for quality and speed of service to our customers. Achieve or exceed sales and profit goals. Insure continuous implementation and enforcement of Midas’ policies and procedures. Exercise strong, fair and consistent leadership with all employees.  Build and maintain a team effort consistent with the goals of the company.  Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures.  Maintaining a customer service environment of high level of trust, honesty, integrity and professionalism is a must.

 

Automotive Technicians

We are seeking experienced Automotive Technicians who are ASE certified and have drivability skills. Use your ASE Certifications or years of experience to diagnose and provide quality vehicle repair services in a time and cost effective manner.

 The successful candidates must be able to work independently, while also being able to work collaboratively at times with peers. 

Requirements

Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Degree a definite plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with vehicle repairs.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and to explain needed repairs in a friendly, non-technical manner.
  • Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment.
  • Track record of high personal productivity.
  • Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities.
  • Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, welders, diagnostic equipment, etc.
  • May require experience in leading other, less qualified, technicians in vehicle repairs.
  • Automotive Technicians must have their own tools.
