Job Description

Looking for a position that benefits others? Friends & Company currently has an opportunity with a non-profit in Greenbelt, MD for a Recruitment Coordinator. This is a long term temporary position available to those individuals who aren't afraid to be on the phone! 

 

We are looking for highly skilled & qualified individuals who are not afraid to work and expect to be on the phone all day making 200-300 phone calls a day. Candidates should be: 

 

Goal oriented and Professional

Outgoing, Energetic, Motivated and not be Shy!

This is a telemarketing position! We are looking for individuals with prior Sales Experience.

Ability to communicate professionally with local business leaders asking for their involvement in local fundraising events.

Candidates must be articulate, timely, reliable, and have their own vehicle.


Job Requirements

Candidates will be working in small call center environment. Candidates must pass a phone screen and on the first day of the position will go through a 4-hour training session.
