Hazelden provides the highest quality chemical dependency treatment and continuing care services, education, research and publishing products available today. Our Center City, MN location is seeking a on-call Family Program Professional.
Provide clinical services and maintain the psycho-educational environment for participant, acting as a member of the clinical team. Provide lectures, lead groups, and conduct individual goal setting interviews with patients and guests. Provide training experiences to assigned individuals and general education regarding chemical dependency rehabilitation and family dynamics as assigned. Facilitate and maintain responsibility for contacting referent and significant other(s) if appropriate. Help administrative assistant in setting the unit schedule and guiding participants to be in the right place during the day.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required if licensed after 7-1-08; MN LADC required; completed certificate/degree program in addiction counseling or equivalent required; one or more years providing chemical dependency counseling required; a minimum of two years freedom from chemical use problems required; must be 18 years of age or older.
