Network Consulting Strategic Sales Professional

Datamax of St Louis is expanding! As part of a planned growth initiative with industry partners, we are seeking an experienced B2B IT Network Consulting & Computer Services Strategic Account Sales Professional with a proven track record to further enhance our dynamic Network Consulting Sales Team.

The Network Consulting Group partners with Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Symantec, CA, Sonic Wall, Barracuda, and SPI Inc. to create an ongoing learning experience designed specifically for higher-level sales professionals. Our Strategic Account Professionals are provided with the tools necessary to be the valued resources our clients expect.

Professional responsibilities:

  • Expand Datamax’s business by marketing Network Support Services, Software Solutions and equipment through solution selling
  • Provide creative ideas in how to reach and ultimately develop productive relationships with key personnel, as well as decision makers.
  • Set initial meetings at client’s/prospect’s location
  • Determine current IT environment
  • Propose solutions to fit needs
  • Collaborate with Support Services Director to develop a well-defined Service Level Agreement for ongoing success.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of successful business-to-business solution sales experience
  • Ability to communicate solution-based services to CEO, COO and management-level decision makers
  • Ability to align and explain business needs with technical services
  • Strong background and knowledge of information technology, networking and computer services; knowledge of Microsoft networks, HP, and Cisco products and services are strongly recommended
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
  • Commitment to identify opportunities and develop new target accounts
  • Mastered computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, Database, etc.)
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
