Job Description 

Osprey Village, an upscale retirement community in the Amelia Island area, is seeking a full-time SALES MANAGER (Lifestyle Advisor) to join our team!!

 

As a Lifestyle Advisor to our prospective members, you will have the wonderful opportunity to build trust with our clients and show them how a lifestyle in our community will allow them to live a healthier, happier and longer life.  In no other industry do you have the opportunity as a salesperson to make an impact on a life that does so much good for so long as in ours.



POSITION SUMMARY:  Sales Manager plans, organizes and directs the sales and leasing activities for the community.  This position cultivates prospects and referral sources, coordinates the move-in of new members and plans marketing events for prospective members.  The Sales Manager coordinates all closing activities with the member(s) or member families and assures the completion of all closing forms.

Job Requirements 

A.  Education

  • High school graduation or GED required.
  • Four-year college or university degree desired.

  

B.  Direct Previous Experience

  • Two or more years of marketing and sales experiences required.
  • Two or more years experience in a similar sales position (residential leasing environment) desired.
  • Two or more years experience working with seniors desired.


This position is about building relationships in the community and with prospective residents, and more importantly it's all about SALES. We are looking for candidates who are driven, dedicated, and have the compassion to sell an upscale lifestyle to senior adults. Your heart has got to be in it!!
