Minimum of 4 to 10 years current proven direct sales experience and success in staffing industry.

Current client/contact base with hiring managers.

Develop and execute long term sales strategies that are geared toward developing greater market share.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited local support.

Excellent experience in penetrating a market by placing outbound cold calls, formal presentations, paying special attention to the needs of the client and possess a high level dedication to excellence.

The ability to negotiate and close business dealings.

Team player

Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.

This is a base salary plus a very aggressive commission incentive plan, to significantly reward productive revenue generators.

Proficient in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet)
