We are seeking for a Sales Executive to join our Washington, DC team.  The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day interface with selected key clients to sell contract and perm staffing services.  You will be expected to achieve this by consistently working with your existing client relationships, and by identifying opportunities through prospecting for new business at medium size to fortune 1000 companies.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
    *  Develop and grow a client base within the Washington Metropolitan Area.
    *  Develop rapport/relationships with functional hiring managers.
    *  A burning desire to win and improve your income level.
    *  High level of Sense of Urgency, Ambition and Enthusiasm.
    *  Demonstrate the ability to negotiate terms and close contracts.
    *  Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
    *  Responsible for consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
    *  Possess a results oriented Win -Win approach to all business relationships.
 


Job Requirements 

  • Minimum of 4 to 10 years current proven direct sales experience and success in staffing industry.

  • Current client/contact base with hiring managers.

  • Develop and execute long term sales strategies that are geared toward developing greater market share.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited local support.

  • Excellent experience in penetrating a market by placing outbound cold calls, formal presentations, paying special attention to the needs of the client and possess a high level dedication to excellence.

  • The ability to negotiate and close business dealings.

  • Team player

  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.

  • This is a base salary plus a very aggressive commission incentive plan, to significantly reward productive revenue generators.

  • Proficient in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet)
