**WC adjuster needed with para-legal or legal assistant background. Needs specifice WC defense legal background and working knowledge of current FL law. Will set up files, file pleadings, manager calender, and work files. Pem job in downtown Orlando.
**New opportunity for temp to perm WC adjuster in Lake Mary--must have experience with 1990-1995 case law, lost time and MO experience, and comfortable doing a lot of admin work along with file maintaince and negotiating and closing files. FL license required.
**Still looking for all lines field adjuster in Panhandle area with focus on H.O. claims and some GL/auto. Temp to perm work. Needs to be in the Tallahassee area.
Also need a field property only adjuster for the entire Panhandle area.
**HomeOwners Inside Examiners always needed!! Temp and temp to perm work. Must have 3+ years HO experience, field work A+, and Water Mitigation experience A+. Must have CAT and daily claims experience and work with Xactimate.
**Commerical property adjusters needed for carrier and TPA companies. 3-5+ years commercial property field experience required and 3-5+ years inside examiner work needed to include: business interruption, coverage resolution, litigation management and Xactimate or Simsol useage. **WC adjusters/examiiners needed with mulit-state experience. States include but are not limited to FL, GA, TN, SC, NC, LA. A FL licencse is required. We have numerous companies looking for temp to perm and perm candidates. 5+ years exp. needed, the more the better.
**Immediate need for RN WC telephonic nurse case managers. Need at least 3 years clinical experience and at least 3+ years work in the Workers Compensation Claims arena as a telephnonic nurse case manager and knowledge of Workers Compensation laws and regulations. PC literate, and will provide case direction and supervise field specialists and work with adjusters. I have need to temp to perm and Part time-On call nurse case managers. **Commercial liabiliy adjuster with General Liability and Professiional Liability experience Must have worked Professional Liability claims--D&O, E&O, Lawyers legal malpractice. General liability experience to include contracts, premises and products. Litigation managment, complex coverage, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Auto adjusters with BI lit. PIP and/or PD exp. Multi-state exp. A+.
**Commercial Liability All Lines Adjusters--GL, commercial auto-BI & PD, trucking, municipality liability, professional liability claims, dedicated accounts with special handling requirements- litigation work
Adjuster positions are constantly changing, with needs of 1 year of experience to supervisor and management opportunities. Florida all lines or specialized license is necessary. Multiple state experience is always a plus! Most adjuster positions require at least 1 year adjusting experience.
Insurance Claims Clerical positions require at least 1 year experience in the insurance claims environment handling general office support functions as well as assisting the claims adjusters and supervisors.
