Description

Boiler and Refrigeration Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule & Direct Workforce for the day
Perform daily safety & food safety audits
Maintain plant water system
Maintain plant air flow and VAC system
Maintain plant boilers
Maintain refrigeration system
Manage a 24/7 department
Manage plant shrink program
Perform PM’s
Write and complete work orders
Train employees
Manage cost R&M & supplies
Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Engineer
Manage the plants PSM & HAZMAT programs
