Job Description 

An established educational corporation located in Elgin has immediate needs for part time bilingual customer service professionals to support their business. These bilingual customer service representatives answer inbound and make outbound calls to prospective students regarding their interest in attending one of their educational programs.

 

This is not a sales position - There is no Cold Calling involved - representatives are speaking with existing customers.   

 

 

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

·         Successfully handle potential student's questions

·         Handle between 100 - 120 inbound/outbound phone calls daily

 

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to grow with the company.   

 

A variety of shifts are currently available including 1st and 2nd shifts!

 


Job Requirements 

Requirements:

 

·        At least one year of customer service experience

·        High school diploma or GED

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change

·        Must be able to work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team

·         Fluent in both written and verbal communication in Spanish

·         Basic computer skills required (30 WPM)

Must have your own reliable transportation, this position is NOT accessible via public transportation

 

Interested candidates will also need to pass a criminal background check and education verification.
