Description Nurse Director Emergency Department
My client, a well-established hospital system that is growing, is in need of a Director to oversee an ER department for one of their facilities. This Director will oversee a service line that will see a visitor count of approx 58,000. The department has 25 beds with a fast track and an observation unit. This Director will be responsible for budgeting, staffing, scheduling, mentoring, training, and customer servcie. This Director will work closely with the CNO and also be instrumental in the new construction of building up the program. My client offers a strong compensation package and an opportunity to advance your career with a well established hospital system.

Requirements

Licensed RN, BSN, Master a plus.

2 + years in a leadership role in an ER department from a hospital.

Strong decision making skills along with all JACHO compliance knowledge.

Ability to multi task and strong customer service skills.
