Charter College Online, based in Reno, NV, is hiring!  We are looking for Financial Planner to join our admissions team.  We are in search for:

• Someone with strong customer service and communication skills
• Someone who is willing to work with prospective students, explain options, direct and guide them through the process of making financial decisions
• Someone with the ability to help customers get through the decision stage in a positive manner
• Someone with a positive "can do" attitude
• Someone who wants to build a career and is driven by growth and success.

As a Financial Planner you would:

• Work closely with prospective students and provide easily understood financial planning options to prospective students
• Help determine all available funding source options available to a prospective student
• Conduct effective financial planning appointments that provide clear and concise information, which is understandable, to the prospective student and their family
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and submitted for each enrolled prospective students.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
•Associates degree required
•Customer service or sales experience required
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills required
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency to business and customer needs required
•Ability to work a variety of shifts- 8:00AM-5:00PM, 9:00AM-6:00PM, 11:00AM-8:00PM
•Ability to work the evening shift twice a week required
