Radiology Scheduler

Our busy scheduling department is expanding. If you have had experience working in radiology scheduling we would like to meet you.  Centricity scheduling experience  is a plus. We are looking for candidates with pleasent  phone voice and outstanding customer service skills. Must be able to work in a busy environment.

Requirements

• Prior radiology experience required
• Requires excellent phone skills & knowledge of medical terminology
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Familiar with insurance plans and radiology authorization process
•  Ability to document accounts clearly
• Ability to adhere to policy and procedures set company wide and inter-departmentally
• Must have good time management skills
• Ability to prioritize
