Program Director - Physical Rehab

Horizon Health, a National leader in the management of acute, inpatient physical rehabilitation programs, in partnership with St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT, has an exciting opportunity for a Program Director of a 15-bed acute rehab unit.

The Program Director is responsible for the maintenance of the contractual relationship and the overall administration of patient care for the 15-bed acute inpatient physical rehab program. Included in these responsibilities are:

1) The development and maintenance of a high-quality treatment program;

2) The development and implementation of a comprehensive community relations program;

3) Strategic planning, program administration, and development

Average daily census is approximately 8 to 10 patients per day with average length of stay of approximately 12 days. Majority of patients (up to 40%) have strokes or orthopedic conditions. Remainder comprised of brain and spinal cord injury, and other neuro.

Missoula is a thriving community of 96,000 people, only 3 hours south of Glacier National Park and 3 1/2 hours west of Yellowstone National Park. 1) Must have 3-5 years experience working in an inpatient acute physcial rehab program in a hospital.

2) Physical Rehab experience a must.
