Customer Finance Representative

Our Customer Finance Representatives spend a majority of the time (as much as 90%) on inbound calls with customers, in a customer service/collections capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Conduct inbound or outbound accounts receivable calls to assist customers with their accounts.

·  Answer a variety of billing questions and educate the customer on the company's billing practices.

·  Collect payments over the phone using a variety of payment methods.

Skills / Requirements

·  High school diploma or GED required.

·  Customer Service and/or Collection experience (preferably in a call center environment).

·  Basic computer and Microsoft office skills; minimum 20 WPM.

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

·  Must be detail oriented and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
