At McGraw Enterprises Inc., McDonald's Assistant Managers report directly to the General Manager and would be responsible for up to 15-20 employees at a given time. We are looking for individuals with strong management & restaurant experience. We will provide the opportunity to prove your skills and take over restaurant systems through our extensive training program. Hourly Shift Managers are part of our paid training program also. They are eligible for all of our benefits and hours can be flexible or part time to fit your schedule.

- Prior Restaurant Operation Experience
- Prior Management Experience where employees report to you for instruction or training
- Customer Relations
- Employee Relations & Team Building
- Floor Control
- Labor & Food Cost Control
- College Students or Graduates encouraged to apply
