Description
Japanese steel product distribution company in NJ is seeking Business Development Director to develop company business plans and goals, and in developing strategy for management clients contacts regarding new work contract negotiation, and future work potential. To maintain involvement with industry related functions. Generate new business and sales leads for US Market. Oversees branches in the US.
Position requires involvement in industry association meetings, functions and gatherings for the purpose of business development and lead generation for the sales department. Position requires solid understanding of steel distribution industry, Must have professional demeanor and an ability to communicate effectively with executive level individuals from various companies and industries
Requirements
Must speak English at native level.
A good leadership personnel. Able to manager more 50 people.
Minimum 5 years experience in leading sales marketing teams and some management experience on business operation in steel industry.
Experience of working in Japanese company is a big plus.
Has potential to grow with the company.
Able to take business trips up to 30%.
