Job Description
Assists branch staff in marketing and business development as it relates to Residential Mortgages.
Serves as customer liaison within assigned branches.
Interviews applicants to discuss their mortgage requirements and obtain credit history and income information.
Analyze and assess their capacity to repay and the degree of risk involved.
Advises applicants of options available to them, explains the differences between various types of mortgages and discuss terms and conditions of loan.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong analytical and organizational skills required.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Banking background helpful.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prior sales experience required.
