Job Requirements 

To be considered for this position, proven experience with full P&L responsibility, budgeting and reporting is required, along with demonstrated supervisory experience of at least 100 people in a call center environment. Related experience from a union environment is a big plus. Strong operations management experience is necessary. The successful candidate will possess strong client relationships experience along with the demonstrated ability to motivate people.
