REQUIREMENTS -
MUST BE A US CITIZEN
1. Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and inspection equipment to measure/layout complex prototype assemblies and subassemblies to engineering requirements.
2. Write CMM programs and program CMM to measure complex prototype components and assemblies to verify conformance to engineering specifications and standards.
3. Build prototype assemblies and subassemblies to engineering requirements with measurable 100% First Time Quality.
4. Interpret and understand complex technical documentation such as blueprints and specifications.
5. Perform and certify inspections & tests in accordance with technical documentation.
6. Maintain inspection documentation (written, electronic and photographic).
7. Maintain measuring and inspection equipment calibration frequencies and equipment in good operating condition.
8. Participate in program technical reviews with engineering, suppliers and customers.
9. Strong level of interpersonal / communication skills to work effectively with management, engineering, suppliers and customers.
10. High level of problem solving skills to identify / perform root cause analysis on build issues and offer recommendations for resolution.
11. Successfully complete measurements and tasks on time to aggressive schedules.
12. Able to manually lift and manipulate heavy objects.
13. Comply with all Our Client safety policies and procedures.
14.Available to work overtime and travel if required. This encompasses Saturday and Sunday.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
16. Ability to work independently while exhibiting team work skills with co-workers and others.

18. Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office applications.

20. Work concurrently with Product and Process Engineering to identify and resolve assembly issue prior to implementation into Manufacturing Plants.

11. 2 year Associate Technical degree plus at least 2 years' experience in a mechanical or electronics related field or high school diploma plus at least 5 years' experience in a mechanical or electronics related field.
12. Minimum 5 years experience in automotive, aerospace or prototype manufacturing operations.
13. ASE Certified Mechanic or demonstrated equivalent ability.
14. Experience in a manufacturing, testing, or product development environment.
15. The ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities.
16. Strong troubleshooting ability to resolve assembly obstacles.
17. Searches for opportunities to improve existing processes and methods.
18. Strong willingness to learn new methods, systems and technology.
19. High level of problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis for accurate resolution of highly complex problems.
20. Ability to handle multiple assignment and assign prioritization to tasks according to aggresive deadlines
