Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Four-year degree and 5+ years business related experience
- Proven experience managing and/or working in Workers’ Compensation
- Proven ability to resolve difficult personnel and service issues
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate analytical abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work and manage within a team environment
- Travel
