Nurse Director Case Management


My client a well established healthcare system that is growing, is in need of a Director Case Management for one of their facilities. This Director will be part of the administrative team and will ensure that the care provided is appropriate in an acute care setting. Assures that the needs of the patients, families, and the payors are met and coordinate the discharge planning process. Interpretation of insurance benefit coverage and communicates care coordination and benefit concerns to the internal and external customers. This Director will oversee a team of two Case Managers and a Social Worker and report directly to the CNO. My client offers and outstanding compensation package and a strong opportunity for advancement within the system.
Requirements
  • Licensed RN with a BSN preferred.  
  • 2+ years as a Case Manager in a acute care setting. 
  • Experience with physician and patient relationships. 
  • Ability to multi task and team building skills a plus.
