Duties and Responsibilities of Acura Sales Consultant Position:
- Previous Auto Sales
Experience Preferred.
- Accommodate
customers in selection and purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle with
unwavering enthusiasm and integrity toward the Acura brand and sales
process. This includes timely completion of paperwork to optimize
customer’s dealership experience.
- Fluently
communicate with customers from initial point of contact (i.e. phone,
email, internet) to thorough explanation of vehicle features and benefits
to continued service after the sale.
- Follow up with
unsold prospects through customer relations management system to increase
sales. Accurate customer
touch recorded data is required.
- Develop network to
consistently nurture repeat and referral business.
- Keep current with
industry training and trends.
- Applicants must
possess a valid driver's license with approved driving record.
- Professional Appearance required.
Must
be 18 years of age.
