Nurse Manager - Emergency Department (ED)
The Emergency Room Nurse Manager has 24-hour responsibility.  Responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing, hiring, firing, annual evaluations, adherence to policies & procedures, etc.  As an active member of the leadership team, the ED Manager participates in leadership committees, promotes the highest quality care for patients & promotes staff development through education.  Develops & manages budgets & maintains quality & regulatory compliance.   Seeking a dynamic Nurse leader with strong clinical background.  Ability to lead, motivate & cultivate a team environment
