Technician

STS is currently seeking talented, enthusiastic, dependable Master Repair Technician, General Repair Technician and General Service Technician positions:


Master Repair Technician describes an individual who has:
  • a minimum of 5 to 6 years of hands-on automotive experience, including the tools required to perform most automotive repairs and maintenance.
  • Eight ASE certifications in the automotive field will provide the credentials required to be called a Master Technician.
  • The ideal candidate will be a hard -working, self-motivated individual who is eager to continue learning the tasks and competencies required to work on today's complex vehicles.
  • Career Development Assistance will provide advanced technical training.
    State Licensing may be required to perform certain job functions.

    General Repair Technician describes an individual who has:
  • a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on automotive experience, including the tools required to perform general automotive repair and maintenance.
  • The ideal candidate will be a hard- working, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn the tasks and competencies required to work on today's complex vehicles.
  • ASE certification and experience gained through On The Job Training
  • Career Development Assistance will provide a clear Career Development path
    State Licensing may be required to perform certain job functions.

    General Service Technician describes an individual who has:
  • Some automotive experience or one who has completed some type of automotive training program through a vocational high school or secondary training facility.
  • The ideal candidate will be a hard- working, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn the tasks and competencies required to work on today's complex vehicles.
  • ASE certification and experience gained through On The Job Training and Career Development Assistance will provide a clear Career Development path.
    Tools necessary to perform listed job functions are required.
