As the Sales Manager for our Canvassing Operations, you will lead teams that will set appointments and generate customers. In this role, you will not be canvassing door to door hands on. Rather your days will be spent leading, motivating, training, and supervising canvassers who are responsible for setting appointments for LeafGuard Outside Sales Associates. Your previous experience managing teams will serve as a strong foundation for your future success in this new, exciting role within our organization. Description
- Lead canvassing teams in designated neighborhoods to set appointments with interested homeowners for salespeople to follow up with.
- Supervise, lead, and motivate the team in the field to achieve appointment setting goals.
- Recruit, interview, and hire new employees.
- Evaluation, performance appraisals, training, and on-going mentorship of the sales team.
- Appropriate discipline of employees according to company policy.
- Complete monthly reports on a timely and accurate basis.
