Job Description

Excellent Opportunity with Top Notch Organization in North Oakland County!

The primary responsibility will be to complete the analysis of existing methods to promote effective operations through standardization, process improvement, simplification discontinuance or other methods. You will create recommendations for business processes that ensure alignment with strategic direction, integrates business processes between multiple organizations. Completes the coordination of business process changes, assists in implementing system solutions. Candidates need to have strong experience developing and managing service delivery statistics including SLA/SLO compliance as well as perform analysis and recommendations on statistics.  Candidates need to develop and manage a Problem Management program and have specific experience working with issue resolution processes and tracking. This team will develop and manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process including initial RCA and associated action items. This position will focus on the development and implementation of new/improved processes in support of Performance Management as required.




    Job Requirements

    Must have:
    • 3+ years experience in process analysis.
    • Experience with database reporting tools and database structure.
    • Business Process redesign (BPR) experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills.
    • Specific experience with performance management.
    • Experience with or exposure to Peregrine and HP Openview.
    • Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9000 / ITIL/etc.)

    Nice to have:

    • Project management experience.
    • Business Analysis experience.
    • ITIL Certification.
    • Experience with change control process.
    • Experience with large software implementation support.
