Charter College Online is looking for two (2) dynamic, positive minded, tele-sales people to join its growing Admissions team as Admissions Representatives (AR).  As an AR you will play a key role in promoting the programs offered by Charter College Online and helping prospective students understand their reasons for pursuing higher education.

Your job duties will include, but not be limited to:

•Responding to inquiries (telephone, online and email) about Charter College and the educational curriculum offered by Charter College

•Scheduling admission interview appointments

•Conducting admission interviews and follow-up procedures with both enrolled and non-enrolled prospects

•Enrolling qualified applicants

Computerized Accounting

Business Management Practice

Medical Office Administration: Concentration in Medical Coding and Billing

We are looking for someone who enjoys sales, loves selling products and services they believe in, someone with a positive attitude, and someone who wants to succeed in life.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

·Minimum of Two (2) years experience in sales required
·Associates degree preferred

·Strong written and verbal communication skills required

·Ability to work the evening shift twice a week required

·Ability to work a variety of shifts- 8:00AM-5:00PM, 9:00AM-6:00PM, 11:00AM-8:00PM
