Records Manager/Registrar

 

Central Ohio Technical College is accepting applications for a full-time Records Manager/Registrar for the Gateway-Records Management department.  Duties:  Organizes, plans, directs, supervises and leads the Gateway Records/Registrar Office. Provides leadership for implementation of the College's Academic Policy. Serves as the College's FERPA and Residency Officer. Develops policies, practices and procedures for awarding transfer and non-traditional credit, etc. Salary Range:  $52,000 to $57, 0000. Requirements At least three years college supervisory experience in student academic records or registration required. Must have strong leadership skills and technical knowledge to assess the effectiveness of records office technology initiatives. PC skills including Microsoft Office and a valid Ohio driver's license required. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and cultural and linguistic sensitivity to promote the success of all members of a diverse society. Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to team work required.

Master's degree preferred.

Prior experience working in a technical/community college setting preferred. Bilingual proficiency preferred.
