Job Description

 

Our client, located in Southwest Florida is in need of an Executive Director, Quality Improvement. Enjoy the Florida lifestyle in this beautiful coastal location.

The Executive Director, Quality Improvement is accountable to the COO and Senior Leaders, participates in organizational leadership functions and collaborates with other leaders in designing and providing patient care and program linkages in an efficient delivery system. The role is responsible for ongoing, effective operation of the hospital and system-wide functions; clinical case management, social work, utilization review in joint leadership with finance, discharge planning, and physicians.



Job Requirements

Job requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Masters degree in nursing, social work, public health, business or M.D.
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in health care
  • Membership in professional organizations or professional certification(s)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead clinical outcomes efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel and management
  • Clinical experience is preferred.
