ResCare HomeCare, a division of ResCare Inc, is the nation's largest non-franchised provider of Home Care Services, is seeking Home Health Aid/CNA  full time position.

ResCare HomeCare professionals are expected to provide a
full range of personal care and support services, helping those we care for with any or all of
the following:
-Personal Care needs: bathing, dressing, grooming
-Nutritional support: preparing meals, assist with feeding patient
-Routine housekeeping: vacuuming, washing and changing linens, cleaning patient's room, maintaining living area
-Errands: shopping, taking client to appointments

The people of ResCare HomeCare deliver quality care and compassionate support in the comfort of home and the community.  This position would provide backup support to clients who need care and is flexable day to day.

A Home Health Aid/CNA must

-Be dependable, and able to guide and direct co-workers
-Show patience and respect in dealing with clients
-Obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid training
-Be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, sit and walk for periods of time. Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while assisting with transfers of individuals.
-Successfully complete annual inservices

-Be at least 18 yeasrs of age

-Have a High School Diploma or GED

-Valid Drivers License

-Proof of Insurance

-Three valid references

- Be able to pass rigid background check

-Have good communicatios skills
