Excellent TRAINING AND CONSULTATION. Two week paid training at Boys Town, NE. Ability and desire to LIVE and work with six youth (24 hour responsibility 365 days a year in a girls or boys home) Each couple has an Assistant who works with them and relieves them. Couples must have the perceived ability to model appropriate behaviors and morals and implement all phases of the Boys Town Family Home Model including treatment and administrative functions. Can have no more than two dependent children at hire.A bachelor’s degree in human services is PREFERRED. Must be 21+ years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Extensive background checks including employer, driving, drug, criminal and abuse registries.
- Starting salaries: Central Florida-$50,400/annual per couple
- Free private apartment within the residential home
- Manage a budget for the home for things related to youth (food etc)
