Description

Supports the Skills Solutions team members in providing child care services for mandatory customers and determines eligibility for non-mandatory customers. Processes and tracks paperwork, re-certifications, and timely data entry for mandatory and non-mandatory customers. Contacts providers in order to provide, update and discontinue child care services;

Requirements

Related Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work related work experience
Analytical and problem solving skills
Detail orientation and strong organizational skills
Good computer software skills for database
Good communication skills with customers, providers and internal staff
Strong documentation skills
Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with management, coworkers, workers from other programs as well as the public
