Description

Overview:  A Senior and Experienced Industrial Security Professional with direct experiences with Site Activation Activities, SAP experience, experience with building closed areas or DCID/JAFAN 6-9 areas.  Also, if you have NISPOM Experience, a big plus!!

 

Details:

1. Final Top Secret security clearance

2. Working knowledge of SAP security requirements (NISPOM Overprint or JAFAN 6/0, and JAFAN 6/9)

3. Outstanding written and verbal communicative (including briefing) skills

 

 

Specific Job Description

Candidate will perform security duties supporting the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program. Duties include, but are not limited to, providing general security oversight of JSF program areas including badging, visitors, etc., conducting ITAR and security education briefings and maintaining appropriate associated records, and also participating in planning actions required to implement JSF training systems security integration into various locations in the United States and overseas. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and work well on teams. Some travel will be required.

 

Standard Job Description

Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Requirements

Typical Minimums

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

 

Desired skills

1. CPSO or ACPSO experience

2. Experience planning and implementing new SAP facilities

3. Familiarization with JPAS

4. Experience providing briefings
