As a Co-Manager  you are responsible for the learning of all Management skills, duties and responsibilities, which are needed to run day to day activities in one store.

Manager Trainee 

Duties

• Calculation of payroll and maintenance of weekly records
• Cash management, including counting and balancing cash, as well as preparation of deposits
• Completion and implementation of merchandising game plans
• Completion of daily paperwork, shift paperwork, weekly paperwork
• Completion of weekly/monthly inventories
• Interview and hire new associates
• Conduct associate counseling session and investigations
• Prepare labor schedules
• Order and receive product from vendors
