Job Description:

Direct and coordinate the Risk Management  Program for 260 restaurants.

 

Responsible for handling all forms of risk exposure.  Responsible for all P&C insurance programs including insurance renewal negotiations.

 

Experienced and knowledgable in Property, Builders Risk, General Liability, Casualty, Auto, D&O and Business Interuption insurance and claims.

 

Oversee Safety program and responsible  for Workers Compensation Loss Control   

 

Handle in-house General Liability claim adjudication on small claims, coordinate large claims with Third Party Administrator.  

 

Track Claims and reporting of claims.  

 

 You will be supported with the tools needed to succeed in our dynamic organization.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

3 – 5 years  safety manager
 

Must have experience and knowledge of Workers Compensation laws by State

 

Excellent oral, written, and telephone skills are required plus great attention to detail. 

Ability to make decisions

 

Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature

 

Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen is required

 

Retail or Restaurant experience helpful, but not required.
