Assistant General Manager Duties: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training and development of management and hourly staff, having a positive and committed " Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. The General Manager will be hands on and have a "lead by example" management style. Reviews all scheduling of hourly staff to ensure goals will be met in meeting or beating budgeted labor and other cost centers.

Must show proven tenure in the industry with at least 2+ years of successfully managing at the Senior Mangement level in a high volume full service restaurant. General Manager experience is a plus.
