Description

The successful candidate will plan, execute and report on financial and operational audits throughout all subsidiaries at domestic and international locations. They will also need to report on Sarbanes-Oxley assessments of facilities and processes. Other duties will be the performing of risk assessment using appropriate tools to develop a plan for audit and SOX engagements.

Requirements

BA in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 yrs of experience in public accounting or large corporate audit environment. MBA/CPA/CIA or CISA is a plus.
