Include:
• Prefer 2+ years experience in sales and marketing in the senior housing environment (independent living, assisted living or memory care)
• Inside and outside sales experience preferred
• Developing and maintaining referral networks vital to the healthcare environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, vendors, staff, and the general public
• Developing marketing strategies
• Sales database management experience preferred
• Developing and establishing client relationships
• Special projects/events planning and implementation
• Building strong customer and community relations
• Solid marketing and sales skills, as well as a familiarity with the Pierce County senior market
This is a full-time salaried position
Salary Range DOE and Admission Bonus Program
