Description A food manufacturing client of Miller Resource Group is looking for a Production Manager for its plant in Luana, Iowa. They are currently looking to expand production in the plant and want to bring on someone who is looking for a chance to progress in the organization on the production side.

The Production Manager will oversee the manufacturing facility and help ensure quality standards are met and production operations run smoothly. The Production Manager must also conduct analyses of QA, maintenance, and operations reports as well as motivating and training subordinates.

Requirements We are looking with someone who has had at least 3 years of production management experience with dairy and cheese products. Our client wants a team player and someone who is looking for a chance at a career with stability and long-term growth options. Good verbal and quantitative reasoning skills are required.
