Description Lead and improve Purchasing IT systems such as SAP R/3 Scope BW reporting, Pool4Tool (e-sourcing system), LN approved Supplier list and improve Purchasing Controlling.
Develop and implement support structure for entire Purchasing department.
Trouble-shoot problems that may arise from these systems
Train, test and roll-out new functionalities pertaining to these systems.

Requirements Bachelor of Science in an information systems discipline
2 - 3 years experience in a Purchasing or IT related discipline
Good understanding of ERP systems and experience in the MM module in SAP R/3 and other relational database experience
Expert level in Excel and Access for data analysis and data manipulation tasks
Expert level in Power Point
Advanced communication and training skills
Ability to be self-motivated and to operate independently
Ability to trouble-shoot issues related to the IT systems
Ability to be detailed, results-oriented and accurate
Ability to travel internationally and domestically by plane and car
Ability to operate computer terminals, photocopier, fax machine and telephone
Ability to communicate with managers, colleagues, suppliers and customers
Ability to handle multiple tasks smoothly with a high accountability level and a substantial level of stress
Ability to work as a team member toward overall company objectives
Ability to communicate with colleagues of different cultures and drive toward the completion of a common goal
