Description If you have critial acute RN experience and desire the variety of ER, we have both full and part time opportunities for you. Be a part of great customer service and patient care, in our active ER averaging 80-100 patients per day.
The Registered Nurse works under the supervision of the PCC and Director and is responsible for providing nursing care for acutely ill patients. The Emergency Department Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process, their skills in clinical judgement, critical thinking, prioritization, and time management to care for patients throughout the life span and with a variety of healthcare needs. S/He performs assigned procedures that are within the scope of practice as set forth by the Iowa State Board of Nursing.

Requirements

· Current Iowa Registered Nurse License · ACLS certification within 12 months of hire · PALS certification within 12 months of hire · Current BCLS certification · TNCC certification within 18 months of hire

Graduate of an accredited program of Registered Nursing

Prefer prior experience in emergency nursing. Six to 12 months Medical/Surgical nursing experience helpful.
