Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for functioning as the main liaison for a large financial partner and internal credit operations in facilitating transactions.  They will be responsible for making sure that guidelines and requirements set forth by key financial partners are followed, ensuring that internal processes run smoothly and in a timely manner in order to maintain tight transaction schedule, communicating issues with upper-management to resolve obstacles and anticipate difficulties and for consulting with credit facility operations, financial partners and executive management.



Job Requirements

Key Areas of Responsibility:

 

  • Ensure accuracy of financial documentation and pricing models to support premium finance transactions
  • Review insurance policies for key data
  • Manage document process flow with financial partners
  • Manage communications with financial partners
  • Review client material to ensure compliance with transaction process requirements
  • Monitor reports to maintain process efficiency
  • Create accurate reports quickly to ensure transaction

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work in unstructured environment under tight deadlines
  • Proficient Excel and database skills
  • Excellent communication skills
