This position is responsible for leading and motivating our team at the Pepper Pike Banking Office (IRC86045) in Cleveland, Ohio.
Our banking offices offer a wide range of products and services, including retail banking, business banking, home mortgage, trust services and investment management. Huntington will provide you the chance to grow and develop your team, while engaging in the day-to-day management of a banking office.
Included in your responsibilities will be:
- Developing and implementing sales plans
- Building and expanding relationships with business partners
- Proactively generating new consumer and business banking customers
- Fostering community relationships
- Ensuring top-notch service levels
- Coaching and motivating your team to achieve the highest levels of success
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent of 2 years experience in sales management, preferably in financial sales
- Three years of experience in retail banking sales, with heavy emphasis on consumer and business development
- Series 6 Securities License and Ohio Insurance License preferred
