Job Description

A reputable and accredited University is looking for a charasmatic and outgoing sales-oriented individual to join their Admissions Advising team in their Beaverton,OR branch. You would be responsible for contacting perspective students by phone on behalf of the University, interviewing them to determine enrollment eligibility, establishing if they meet the requirements for enrollment, and facilitating their entrance into the school. There is no cold-calling involved due to the fact that these students have already shown an interest in attending this school.  We are looking for individuals who are goal-oriented, competitive, outgoing and have a passion for education and who will be comfortable speaking with students over the phone and promoting higher education. The University promotes their employees rapidly from within the organization so there is plenty of room for growth if you are looking to start a career in educational sales!


Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends (only flexible candidate's please apply. This is not a traditional work schedule)

  • Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • Prior phone work or call center experience a plus
  • 1-2 + years of demonstrated sales (inside, B2B, retail) or recruiting experience
  • Able to handle rejection and overcome objections with ease
  • Must have excellent written, oral and organizational skills
